Echec à la mise à jour [Résolu]
Bonjour à toutes et tous.
Content de revoir ce forum. Ca faisait un baïl  Depuis peu, j'ai un problème avec la mise à jour de mon OS. Description: *OS - Windows 2000 Pro *Sécurité - Bitdefender 9 Pro (Branché en AV & Anti-spam), ZoneAlarm Pro 7.0.337.000 (comme F.W. & Anti-Espion branché), la dernière version de Spybot (avec le résident). En lançant un scann avec le module MRT, il me dit qu'il existe une nouvelle version, donc, je lance la page de Windows Update. Mise à jour personnalisée, et je lance: - Mise à jour de sécurité cumulative pour Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1 (KB933566) - Mise à jour de sécurité pour Windows 2000 (KB935840) - Outil de suppression de logiciels malveillants Windows - Juin 2007 (KB890830) - Mise à jour de sécurité pour Windows 2000 (KB935839) - Mise à jour pour Windows 2000 (KB927891) Mais la mise à jour échoue ? Je désinstalle spybot car je sais que parfois certains de ses modules font bugguer les maj. Re-Test ==> IDEM Je désactive tous les modules de BitDefender et de ZoneAlarm et je les coupe. Re-Test ==> IDEM Je vais dans les options internet et je descends le niveau de sécurité à moyen bas. Re-Test ==> IDEM ??? En fouillant un peu l'historique des maj: Voici le code erreur: 0x8007000 qu'on me donne. J'ai bien fouillé dans la faq de microsoft, ce code erreur existe mais ne correspond pas à mes critères! Au début il semble avoir des problèmes avec des clés de la base de registres: Citation:
Essaye d'installer ces patch en utilisant cette page, il suffit de taper en haut le nr du kb, le télécharger et l'installer. Centre de téléchargement Microsoft: Windows (Sécurité & Mises à jour) Es-tu certain de ce code d'erreur: 0x8007000, je ne trouve rien là dessus ?

Ok tant mieux.
A vérifier dans la bdr ces 2 clés: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\LegitCheckControl.LegitCheck HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\LegitCheckControl.LegitCheck.1 Clic droit sur la dernière clé et choisir le sous-menu Autorisations. Dans noms d'utilisateur ou groupe, sélectionne administrateurs. Coche la case contrôle total dans la colonne autoriser. Refaire la même chose pour le groupe system.

Il faut utiliser Regedt32.exe ou Regedit32.exe (je ne sais plus). Lui donne la possibilité de gérer les droits.
